About the role
We are looking for a skilled S/4 Test Lead to join our team. As a Test Lead, you will manage a team of quality engineers, guiding them through comprehensive planning and ecosystem integration to enhance delivery speed and quality across the application lifecycle. You'll leverage your business and functional knowledge to craft and execute end-to-end testing strategies, utilizing advanced methodologies and metrics to manage and assess the testing process, from execution to defect resolution.
Your responsibilities
Lead a team of quality engineers in multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration.
Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies to ensure application quality throughout its lifecycle.
Apply advanced testing methodologies, principles, and processes to establish and monitor key metrics for testing.
Oversee test execution and manage defect resolution to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing aligns with business requirements and functional specifications.
You will have
Proven experience leading a team in a quality assurance or testing role, preferably in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, quality processes, and metrics for managing the testing lifecycle.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality improvement and process efficiency.
Solid business and functional knowledge to drive effective testing strategies.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is an advantage.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Relevant certifications in quality assurance or testing are a plus.
