My client is currently seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their vibrant team in Singapore, operating from their newly established office.

About the role

This role demands an individual with a deep passion for technology and comprehensive knowledge of payments. The ideal candidate should possess proven leadership skills to effectively manage a team, coupled with a strong understanding of payments processing.

Your responsibilities

  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, prioritizing client satisfaction, adoption, and retention.

  • Act as a dedicated advocate for clients, effectively managing their expectations while aligning company goals with their needs.

  • Drive revenue and margin growth by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, striving to meet individual sales quotas.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for addressing clients' commercial needs.

  • Execute established team processes to achieve high performance, including Account Development Plans, pipeline management, and reporting.

  • Coordinate with the Customer Care team to address operational queries and issues raised by clients.

  • Support marketing initiatives by encouraging client participation in case studies, PR activities, and industry events.

  • Collaborate with the Implementations team to provide support during client go-live and implementation of additional products.

  • Stay updated on developments in the payments sector through proactive reading and research, sharing insights with the Account Management team.

You will have

  • Achieve revenue targets with a sales-driven approach.

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, leveraging strong interpersonal skills.

  • Prioritize tasks effectively, managing competing priorities to consistently deliver results.

  • Apply acquired knowledge strategically in various situations.

  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English languages.

  • Previous experience in mentoring and leading teams.

  • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, with strong presentation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Demonstrate initiative and critical thinking in problem-solving.
