About the role
As they chart an expansive course in Southeast Asia, our client is on the lookout for a dynamic Head of Sales, SEA within the realm of enterprise software sales. This role calls for an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, a taste for calculated risks, and a track record that echoes success in constructing and propelling sales teams.
Your responsibilities
Reports to: CEO, Asia
Charting New Frontiers:
Pioneering efforts to bring in fresh accounts.
Mastering the Current Landscape:
Elevating our presence in existing key client territories.
Architect of Sales Excellence:
Crafting and championing sales best practices across the region.
Steering teams to hit commercial milestones while nurturing talent and project excellence.
Strategic Navigator:
Formulating a dynamic Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
Building a comprehensive profile of decision-makers within client organizations.
Establishing robust 'Service Level Agreements' (SLA) for lasting partnerships.
Ecosystem Builder:
Cultivating and expanding our network of channels and partners.
Team Maestro:
Coaching sales teams to embrace larger roles and master profit-centric deal-making.
Talent Curator:
Spotting and bringing on board future leaders who will shape our organization.
You will have
Successful Applicant:
Holds a bachelor's or master's Degree from a globally recognized university.
Brings in-depth experience in selling enterprise software to fintech/tech service firms in SEA.
A seasoned pro with a decade or more in enterprise tech sales.
Has clocked at least five years in a regional leadership role.
Managed a P&L of $15million USD, showcasing a track record of team building and hiring.
Unfazed by extensive and short notice travel across APAC.
